Surprises me Every Time I look at it

I have "A Little Koi" which hangs in my office overlooking my own koi pond that brings me great pleasure. You captured the movement and playfulness of a pond quite well and your lovely little "piece of prayer" surprises me every time I look at it. Thanks also for the Artist's Statement which I particularly liked receiving as I had just assigned my grad filmmaking students to create one for themselves and to find several which inspired them. I brought yours in to share with them along with your painting and told them you inspired me. Anyway, love your attention to light and shadow, and the way your work sparks emotional response and resonance.

Draws me in Everyday

Hi Tracey, I bought your painting Nana's Garden at the Hinsdale Fine Arts Fair a few weeks ago. I absolutely love it! I hung it in my front hallway, and I look at it every day when I bring in the mail, water front porch plants or greet people at the front door. It never fails to catch my eye, to make me stop and to draw me in. The title also gives me pleasure because it reminds me of my dear departed Grandma Murphy. I remember the garden on the side of her house, and her unconditional love. Thank you for the lovely painting, for your postcard (nice touch) and for the wonderful sentiments on your website. Your work is luminous and you are a special person. I'm glad our paths crossed that day.

A Magical Reminder
My husband and I had such an amazing spiritual connection in Sedona that supported an amazing connection between us, as we celebrated our 3rd anniversary (we met on eHarmony and feel we’ve found the love of our lives, now at 61 and 64).  Pretty romantic, huh?  Your painting holds the energy of all that for us.  We’ll be reminded of that mystical, magical spiritual/emotional/physical experience every time we look at your work.  Thanks for what you do every day to bring the consciousness you bring to your work.  The colors, the form, the texture, the sparkling light, the way it all relates to one another…it’s magic on a canvas.

Getting so Much Pleasure from your Pieces

Alan and I met you recently in Sonoma, CA at the plein air event where we bought three of your pieces. We went home and found great spots for them right away. We are getting much pleasure from them. A Standout Workshop Experience

Tracey’s work stands well apart from the crowd, so it only makes sense that her workshops do, too. In the one I took a few years ago, she gave me personal suggestions  that I hadn’t heard from any other instructor; they proved useful then and I continue to use them. Tracey’s demos, as well, are like none other; rich experiences, indeed, that inspire and delight via the juicy jewels for which she is known.
